30-day money-back guarantee

WealthSphere OS, operated by JKRR Property Limited, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your Premium subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout.
  2. Locate the order you would like refunded.
  3. Click "Refund" and follow the on-screen instructions, or contact Paddle support directly from that page.

You may also contact JKRR Property Limited using the details in our Terms & Conditions and we will assist with your request through Paddle.

Renewals

Subscription renewals (after the initial 30-day window) are generally non-refundable, but we will review each request fairly and reasonably. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your subscription management page to avoid future charges.

After a refund

Once a refund is processed, access to Premium features will end at the close of the current billing period (or immediately for newly-purchased subscriptions). Your account and stored data are preserved — you can continue to use the free tier.

Processing time

Approved refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
