1. Who we are

WealthSphere OS (the "Service") is operated by JKRR Property Limited ("we", "us", "our"), trading as WealthSphere. By using the Service you are entering into a contract with JKRR Property Limited.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing, registering for, or continuing to use the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

3. The Service

WealthSphere OS is an educational wealth-tracking and financial-organisation tool. It provides analytics, projections and informational insights only. It is not regulated financial advice, investment advice, tax advice or personalised financial planning.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular you must not:

• use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive purpose;
• upload malware, viruses, or attempt to probe, scan or test the security of the Service;
• scrape, harvest or reverse-engineer the Service or its underlying systems;
• infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of any other person;
• send spam or unsolicited communications via the Service.

5. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

6. Intellectual property

JKRR Property Limited retains all rights, title and interest in the Service, including its software, design, documentation and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with your chosen plan.

7. Service availability

We do our best to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Payments, subscriptions and billing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:

• you materially breach these terms;
• your payment fails or your account becomes overdue;
• we reasonably believe your use poses a security or fraud risk; or
• you repeatedly or seriously violate our acceptable-use rules.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special or incidental losses, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. No financial advice

Content within the Service — including AI-generated insights, projections, scoring and analyses — is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not a recommendation to buy, sell, hold or trade any financial instrument and is not a substitute for regulated financial, investment, tax or legal advice. You are solely responsible for any financial decisions you make.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
